The Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) and the TicSalut Foundation (TicSalut) based in Barcelona signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Feb. 25 to collaborate on the development of education and training in Catalonia, an autonomous region in Spain.
